Can i connect s3 bucket in host system ( where host system is ubuntu)

So i installed and ran localstack in ( debian server ) and i want to connect and upload files on s3 bucket from ( host ubuntu ) is it possible to do ?

both debian ( server ) and ubuntu ( host ) will be locally i don’t need any remote thing
