Hi,
We are planning to make extensive use of AWS HealthLake as the central piece for our software. It would be very helpful if LocalStack were to support this feature. Specifically and in order of importance:
- FHIR API (version R4) with a datastore
- SMART on FHIR reverse proxy that supports launch contexts as well as the various scopes that work in conjunction with Cognito

Conveniences like transform, analyze and imaging are not priorities.
We have quite a bit of experience running a FHIR API + SMART on FHIR reverse proxy and are willing to work with you to see if we can come up with a workaround to get started.
